Victoria Tianyi Wang

Programme Partnerships Officer

Victoria Tianyi WANG is Programme Partnerships Officer at the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) Executive Secretariat at the World Trade Organization. In this role, she supports partnerships, resource mobilization and communications for EIF Phase Three.

Prior to joining the EIF Executive Secretariat, Victoria worked at UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) from 2021, where she contributed to outreach, stakeholder engagement and partnership coordination on e-commerce and digital trade. During her time there, she managed and nurtured the eTrade for all community and its dedicated knowledge platform, and supported UNCTAD eWeeks (previously eCommerce Weeks).

Before her tenure at UNCTAD, Victoria worked with the EIF at the World Trade Organization in 2020. She has also worked on partnerships, fundraising, and digital communications with Climate Action Accelerator, CARE International, the International Trade Centre, the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai and its affiliated education centre.

Victoria holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID), a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University, and a minor in International Economics and Trade from Fudan University.

She is fluent in Chinese, English, French and Italian, and has working knowledge of Spanish.
