When COVID-19 struck, governments quickly learned the value of trade facilitation to keep goods flowing across their borders. Panellists will share some of the challenges faced and lessons learned that will also provide guidance for the distribution of vaccines and the COVID recovery phase. Particular focus will be given to issues and solutions in developing and least developed countries, and small island developing states.
