Long Kemvichet
Board Member, Cambodia
Mr. Long Kemvichet is currently serving as the Director of the Department of International Cooperation, which is a department dedicated to cooperating with development partners to support trade development in Cambodia. He has extensive experience with the EIF since the implementation of Tier 1 project in Cambodia in 2010 and is an integral part of the National Implementation Unit at technical and managerial level. In conjunction with EIF Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects, Mr. Long was heavily involved with other Development Partner-financed project called the Trade Development Support Program with the World Bank as Trust Fund Manager, that recently came to satisfactory conclusion in 2016. In addition, Mr. Long was instrumental in pushing through the design phase of Accelerating Inclusive Markets for Smallholders (AIMS) project which is financed by a loan of USD36.3 million from International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and is continued to contribute effectively to the implementation of this project.
He holds a Master of Laws Degree from Kyushu University, Japan.
